Hyderabad tops cities in search of employment
An analysis by job site indeed shows that Hyderabad, Mumbai and Bangalore remain the first cities in search of employment. Many companies prefer to hire more talent in these three cities.
According to Telangana Today, Sashi Kumar, Head of Sales of Indeed India, said: “Right now, we may have to wait and watch to figure out what the next big thing for the industry will be in 2022 and beyond. But, our data shows that India Inc’s inclination towards the relevance of tech jobs remains stable. Some of these trends will continue to reign in 2022. ”
Even though working from home presented challenges for India, business has always stabilized and many companies have expanded their activities.
Unique emerging roles
As the digitization of businesses has kept the demand for technology jobs stable, many unique roles have emerged.
The data indicates that job vacancies for the position of “professor” saw a massive jump of 2,448% between December 2020 and December 2021. Job seekers showed a similar interest in the position, as clicks to “Professor” also experienced an increase of 1,576%. .
Once the Covid-19 vaccination campaign was launched, businesses and employees were better prepared to face the challenges posed by the pandemic compared to the previous year.
