The CEO reports directly to the Provost and Executive Vice President and is a member of the Council of Deans and the Board of Directors of K-State Olathe.

K-State CEO Olathe serves as an advisor to the president and rector in setting both strategic directions and important research and education initiatives in the Kansas City area on behalf of the ‘Kansas State University. The CEO works closely with various stakeholders to advance K-State Olathe’s role within the university with strong academic / industry / government partnerships integrating education, research and engagement to meet the needs. of a rapidly changing world.

In addition, close collaboration with senior administrators, deans and other academic leaders of the university, and leaders of government, industry, and academia in the Kansas City area is required.
